If you're experiencing a network problem which appears to relate to the UHI Network itself (rather than your local network which connects to UHI), please follow one of the reporting routes below.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.
The Highland Council Education ICT Unit has its own Helpdesk facility to provide support to schools as follows –

Perth & Kinross Council, Orkney Islands Council and Shetland Islands Council each operate their own Helpdesks. Users of these organisation networks should use their normal fault reporting process in each case.
